We currently require good quality homes in the Auckland City.  We will assist landlords in finding good tenants and offer excellent high quality letting and management of your home.

  • We specialise in finding suitable tenants for casual/sundry landlord’s (non-managed) as well as landlords whose properties we currently manage throughout AucklandCity. We aim to do our utmost to ensure that the letting process is efficient and that overall, you experience a pleasant working relationship with Residential Rentals / Property Management UNLIMITED.
  • We’ll place your property on our rental list as soon as you entrust it to us to locate a suitable tenant(s).
  • We’ll contact prospective tenants on our database who are specifically looking to rent in the price range and area of your property.
  • We’ll advertise your rental property through our website which is the most effective way of attracting interest from prospective tenants. This includes an energetic property description and up 10 high quality 5 mega pixel photos (mandatory for all our properties) and can include updated details, viewing times and instructions.
  • We’ll place your property details on TradeMe with a 3 week exclusive listings at no cost to you.  If you already have the property advertised on TradeMe; we would suggest you just replace your contact details with our name and contact details and we’ll handle all inquiry from now on.
  • We’ll place an Residential Rentals / Property Management UNLIMITED “FOR RENT” signboard at your property with your approval of course.  This is a great way to attract local interest.  Who knows, you might have a neighbour who has friends or family member who may want to live close to them.
  • We’ll keep regular contact with you throughout the pre-tenancy period to provide an activity update including comments received by prospective tenants about your property.
  • We will present to you all applications obtained from approved, prospective tenants, if this is your instruction.
  • We will conduct thorough reference checks on tenants applying for your property to ensure that to the best of our knowledge the information given to us is accurate and the tenant will fulfill all obligations as per the Tenancy Agreement.
  • We will conduct credit checks on behalf of the landlord and a fee of $25 per applicant will be charged to the landlord.  This fee will be refunded to the landlord for the applicant who is approved by the landlord.
  • We are happy to arrange:
    • Tenant viewings
    • Tenant applications
    • Tenant reference checks i.e., Tenancy Tribunal Orders Online checks
    • Current and previous accommodation and employment checks
  • We can have the approved tenant
    • Sign all the appropriate legal work
    • Pay the applicable rent, bond and fee
  • We’ll do all the above work at no cost to you and all you have to do is relax and leave your rental property in our capable hands
